The Irish made up a large proportion of the European immigrants who populated the Caribbean in the 18th century and contributed to the development of the rum industry. As a tribute to them, Tullamore D.E.W. has developed this variant, which is matured for a further six months in XO rum casks and layers vanilla and oak notes with citrus fruits, ripe bananas and delicate spices.
