This wine is made from grapes from the best vineyards. Once the stalks have been removed and the grapes crushed, they are fermented together with the skins. During the process, they are in contact with wood. The grapes then ferment at a controlled temperature. This creates the very special taste that is so typical of the variety. The wine is bottled at the Yenda winery in New South Wales. Aromas of berries, vanilla and oak, slightly earthy undertones with soft, ripe fruit in perfect harmony with fine tannins.
