Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon 13,5% 0,75l

This wine is made from grapes from the very best vineyards. Once the stalks have been removed and the grapes crushed, they are fermented together with the skins. During the process, they are in contact with wood. The grapes then ferment at a controlled temperature. This creates the very special taste that is so typical of the variety. The wine is bottled at the Yenda winery in New South Wales. The bouquet has a strong expression with notes of blackberries, chocolate and vanilla. The taste is carried by a balance between toasted oak, gentle fruit and velvety tannins.
