The Special Edition series was developed in collaboration with selected Nordic chefs and bartenders and is a modern homage to the classic schnapps. The innovative chef Casper Sobczyk, also known as the butter chef from Solskins??en, is the man behind Special Edition 1 - Rhubarb and Star Anise. Special Edition 1 combines the Danish summer landscape in a unique and sensual taste experience and gets its beautiful pink color from the sun-ripened rhubarb. Special Edition 1 can be drunk neat. The sweet schnapps can also be mixed into desserts or used as part of Casper's signature cocktail: the King of Denmark.
